¹ Server is set to Ping-monitoring by HOSTLIFE upon request to the support department.

² KVM over IP connects to the server upon request to the support department, if there are free ports. Servers set to full administration are in the priority queue.

³ According to the selected tariff plan, company administrators can eliminate up to 50 incidents that occurred on the administered equipment within one month.

⁴ Total time of the administrator's work cannot exceed 25 hours per month according to the terms of the selected tariff plan.

One-time work on the server is paid as $30 per administrator hour and at least $15.

Communication with the administrator is carried out upon an authorized request through the ticket system. The maximum response time to a request is 1 hour. For emergency communications, a technical support call center operates around the clock.

Is it necessary to buy administration for a VPS or a dedicated server?

Not at all, each server comes with a free administration package, which will be enough for initial server setup, transferring your project, and solving problems that arise during server operation.

Why do you need an management service?

This service is intended for companies or project owners that require regular intervention from the server administrator. If you need a one-time server setup for your project, without further intervention and monitoring, there is no need for a paid administration package.

What is the difference between paid and free management?

Free administration plan has limits on the number of incidents and time spent per month, as well as a limit on the complexity of the work being done. For example, if you need to install Nginx on the server and optimize the server settings for your site, this will be done as part of the free package. If you need to transfer more than 10 sites to php-fpm + Nginx mode, write redirect rules for them for each project, set up limited IP access to the administrative panels of sites - this can be done as part of a paid plan.
